Bagaimana cara menjadi pengusaha yang cerdas? atau bagaimana cara mengerti perilaku calon konsumen maupun konsumen anda agar penjualan bisa maksimal?

petanyaan tadi sudah banyak membahas, bahkan sudah di bahas di hampir semua buku buku tentang bisnis, makanya di tulisan ini saya akan mencoba membahas dari segi konsumen. yaitu bagaimana cara nya menjadi konsumen yang cerdas?

pernah gak kita menawar harga suatu produk tapi si penjual “enggak” ngasi? padahal kan mereka penjual butuh jualan? kenapa gak dikasih?

tahukah anda kalau semua pengusaha selalu berusaha memenuhi segitiga diferensiasi CEPAT-MURAH-BERKUALITAS untuk memuaskan pelanggannya tapi mereka tidak pernah bisa (hanya sedikit bahkan hitungan jari) memenuhi keinginan (bukan kebutuhan) pelanggannya. Karena betapa susahnya membuat suatu produk/layanan yang MURAH sekaligus CEPAT sekaligus BERKUALITAS.

Menyadari hal ini kita pun sebagai konsumen harus mulai memaklumi kalau kita menginginkan produk/layanan yang BERKUALITAS biasanya jarang yang bisa CEPAT atau MURAH. Begitu juga misalnya kita menginginkan layangan yang MURAH maka akan susah kita mendapat yang sekaligus CEPAT dan BERKUALITAS.

kita harus menyadari juga hal ini, karena jadi konsumen juga harus cerdas.
